Specially designed cooker-stretcher for the continuous cooking stretching and kneading of quality and wide variety of “pasta filata” cheeses types such as mozzarella, fior di latte, pizza-cheese, provolone, kashkaval, kasar, stick cheese and so on.

The cooker stretcher mod. SP11 is built in different variants in order to satisfy the multiple production requirements:
- Mod. SP11: designed for producing soft cheese pasta filata with medium and high moisture content
- Mod. SP11/P: specific cooker stretcher to produce stretched cheese with low and medium humidity content
- Mod. SP11/L o SP11/P/L: to achieve higher production rate of cooking stretching; appropriate for producing different types of stretched cheese
- Mod. SP11/Special: when further flexibility is essential, here is the perfect variant to satisfy the most exigent production expectation allowing to produce soft (medium and high moisture content) as well as and hard cheese (medium low moisture content).
