The European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) is a non-profit consortium of equipment manufacturers, food producers, suppliers to the food industry, research institutes and universities, public health authorities and governmental organizations. The EHEDG provides guidance and‎ promote safe food by improving hygienic engineering and design in all aspects of food manufacture.

Convinced of the crucial importance of such guidance in the design and construction in food equipment, since 2016 and until now DIMA has joined as member the EHEDG. Our technical staff participates to local and European events and workshops to learn further and apply the aspects of the hygienic design in our equipment for your industry benefit. We will not stop here but we aim to be an active member of the working groups of EHEDG in charge of developing the guidelines applicable for safe and hygienic equipment design.
